A BRIEF HISTORY OF BIOMAGNETIC PAIR THERAPY

In the 1930's, Dr. Albert R. Davis, PhD discovered the phenomenon of apparent leg length changes and placement of magnets on various body parts.  He  claimed that magnetic therapy could kill cancer cells and improve many chronic health conditions, and reported that negative magnetic fields have a beneficial effect on living organisms while positive magnetic fields are harmful.

In 1988 Dr. Isaac Goiz Duran attended a presentation on bioenergy in Mexico given by the late Dr. Richard Broeringmeyer of the U.S. who had studied how biomagnetism, the interference of energy flow in the body, and the magnetic influence of the earth related to the body's pH (acidity and alkalinity), and the effects of hydrogen ions on good health and disease.  Dr. Broeringmeyer used simple muscle testing to locate magnetic polarizations and then applied a magnet to depolarized area, suggesting the magnet be left in place for 30 days.  It has been reported that he discovered the first 150 Biomagnetic Pairs and developed the theory behind Biomagnetic Pair Therapy and then shared this information with Dr. Goiz prior to his death in 1991.

Another account stated that one week after the lecture, Dr. Goiz discovered the first biomagnetic pair after returning to Mexico City: a patient with progressed AIDS was scanned with a magnet and muscle testing revealed an issue with the thymus, leading Dr. Goiz to postulate that beyond what Dr. Broeringmeyer had discovered about diseased organs being polarized, there may exist more than one single polarized area in his AIDS patient. Perhaps AIDS was caused by a pair of magnetic poles or a pair of polarized body areas.

MAGNET POLES COME IN PAIRS

Dr. Goiz set out to find the other pole. After scanning the patient with another magnet, muscle testing confirmed his ground-breaking hypothesis and the other pair was identified at the base of the coccyx.

​

The magnet pairs were left on the patient's body for less than an hour and had him return in one week. Upon his return, the patient had no symptoms of his disease .

​

"That means a constant and biomagnetic resonance exists within the boundaries of health, as well as in the deviations wherein sicknesses originate. THE RESULTS WERE SPECTACULAR

According to Bailey, Dr. Goiz reported that once he discovered that pair, he felt confident that more diseases might respond in the same way and he was right. "The results," he reported, "were spectacular" (Mexico City seminar, 2000).

Clearly these three dedicated men and perhaps others contributed significantly to the development of Biomagnetic Pair Therapy as it is taught around the world in our time by very dedicated practitioners who encourage those interested in learning, teaching, and helping others with this efficacious therapy remain humble and to help others by spending one's self, with purity of intention, and devoid of self interest. ​
